Mercredi 15 mars
1/ Table ronde De 10h30 à 12h00 : « Export de l’Architecture française : Les conditions de la réussite à l’international », sur le stand France Architecture du ministère de la Culture (R7.G23 Rotonde Riviera) coordonnée par Pauline Polgar (directrice des rédactions Batiactu Groupe), avec des représentants du ministère de la Culture, de Business France et plusieurs membres de l’AFEX.
2/ Architecture dans l’Agora Room (Palais des Festivals, Niveau 3) de 17 à 19h :
Une séquence de 2 heures consacrée à l’architecture, une première au MIPIM, sera animée par Madeleine Houbart.
De 17 à 17h45 : Conférence de la MAF, (Mutuelle des Architectes Français) par Michel Klein : « Matériaux bio sourcés, réemploi : Quelles responsabilités, quelles assurances ? »
De 17h45 à 18h : Lancement du Palmarès « Réhab XX », réhabilitations exemplaires du bâti de la seconde moitié du XXème siècle, par Corinne Langlois, sous-directrice de l’architecture, de la qualité de la construction et du cadre de vie, direction générale des Patrimoines et de l’architecture, ministère de Culture.
De 18 à 19h : « Proclamation du Palmarès du Grand Prix AFEX 2023 », en présence de Réda Amalou, Président de l’AFEX et de plusieurs des Lauréats qui présenteront les projets, en amont du deuxième tour du Jury qui se tiendra le 21 mars pour sélectionner le Grand Prix.
à 19h00 : Cocktail de l’architecture à bord de l’India, bateau de l’AFEX en 2023 amarré quai Albert Edouard, qui réunira la plupart des architectes français présents au MIPIM et leurs partenaires. Invitation en PJ.
Jeudi 16 mars
18h30 à 20h : Cérémonie des MIPIM Awards 2023
À noter : AW² est cette année finaliste dans la catégorie « Best Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Projects » avec l’hôtel Banyan Tree AlUla à AlUla en Arabie Saoudite. Nous vous invitons, avec les membres présents au MIPIM, à voter pour ce très beau projet signé par Réda Amalou, Président de l’AFEX, et son associée Stéphanie Ledoux. Juste avant de finaliser l’accord entre l’AFEX et l’Arabie Saoudite, c’est une belle façon, avec la délégation saoudienne présente à Cannes, de soutenir une réalisation emblématique d’une agence Française en Arabie Saoudite.
Stand France Architecture
Les représentants des principaux réseaux professionnels soutenus par le Ministère (par ordre alphabétique AFEX, AMO, CNOA, MAF, Maisons de l’architecture, etc.) y seront présents. Une série de conférences organisées par le ministère de la Culture animera la vie du stand (programme en PJ), auxquelles participeront plusieurs membres de l’AFEX sollicités par le ministère. Chaque jour à midi, un cocktail sera offert par le ministère de la Culture, à l’issue des conférences.

Wednesday March 15
1/ Round table From 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: "Export of French Architecture: The conditions for international success", on the France Architecture stand of the Ministry of Culture (R7.G23 Rotonde Riviera) coordinated by Pauline Polgar ( editorial director Batiactu Groupe), with representatives of the Ministry of Culture, Business France and several members of AFEX.
2/ Architecture in the Agora Room (Palais des Festivals, Level 3) from 5 to 7 p.m.: A 2-hour sequence devoted to architecture, a first at MIPIM, will be animated by Madeleine Houbart.
From 5 to 5:45 p.m.: Conference by the MAF, (Mutuelle des Architects Français) by Michel Klein: "Bio-sourced materials, reuse: What responsibilities, what insurance?" »
From 5:45 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Launch of the "Réhab XX" Awards, exemplary rehabilitations of buildings from the second half of the 20th century, by Corinne Langlois, deputy director of architecture, quality of construction and the living environment, management General of Heritage and Architecture, Ministry of Culture.
From 6 to 7 p.m.: "Proclamation of the winners of the AFEX Grand Prix 2023", in the presence of Réda Amalou, President of AFEX and several of the Winners who will present the projects, before the second round of the Jury which will be held on March 21 to select the Grand Prize.
at 7:00 p.m.: Architecture Cocktail aboard the India, the AFEX boat in 2023 moored on Quai Albert Edouard, which will bring together most of the French architects present at MIPIM and their partners.
Thursday March 16
6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.: MIPIM Awards 2023 Ceremony
To note : AW² is this year a finalist in the category "Best Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Projects" with the Banyan Tree AlUla Hotel in AlUla, Saudi Arabia.
We invite you, together with AFEX members present at MIPIM, to vote for this very beautiful project signed by AW² Réda Amalou and Stéphanie Ledoux, AFEX President architectural Firm.
Just before the signature of an agreement between AFEX and Saudi Arabia, it is a nice way of supporting such an emblematic achievement, together with the Saudi delegation present in Cannes.
Stand France Architecture
Representatives of the main professional networks supported by the Ministry (in alphabetical order AFEX, AMO, CNOA, MAF, Maisons de l'architecture, etc.) will be present. A series of conferences organized by the Ministry of Culture will enliven the life of the stand (program in PJ), in which several members of AFEX will participate at the request of the ministry. Every day at noon, a cocktail will be offered by the Ministry of Culture, after the conferences.
